If you're using HTTPS, enable HTTPS in VM configuration.

Use temporary any (even free) hosting and upload your website - this will really help to solve an issue :)

Can we use Team viewer to see and solve the issue?

the failure to add to cart is imho 90% a Javascript error or an out ofdate template

so.. look for JS errors, disable every ext u can think of, be CERTAIN you are using the vm3.0.16 VM templates

Simply download latest 3.0.16 version from here: http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files
and install using Extensions -> Manage

IMPORTANT! Before you run an update make a backup copy - just in case ;)

also the changes are minor and certainly have nothing to do with the FE add to carts.. template or Js or both

Please provide a link to where you say you paid for a VM download..

are u sure you didn't pay for a template with VM pre installed?

Plus.. why are u not demanding Day Counts fix this for you?

I asked them to fix the not working add to cart button in the product details page but they said ask in VM forum.

They can only answer question related to advance inventory component for Virtumart.

So still I have no answer.

Have You really tried with the protostar template, the above settings does not tell us anything. You can have this settings with any template.

Adding a product to the cart is so basic that if a new vanilla install with VM would not work, there would be thousends of posts here about the issue.

plus your feedback is verging on hopeless... after 20+ posts we still don't know the exact details of your setup

If you can't be bothered to set down your exact setup and circumstances who will bother to help you?

and as repeated a 3rd time.. add to cart woes are 90% JS errors or out of date template

have u checked for JS errors
Have u switched THE WHOLE SITE to Prostar
