Title: virtuemart frontend customer shipment form problem

I using Joomla 3.3 & VirtueMart 3.0.14. I m facing one problem from customer shipment form all field are ok but no Country field is in there but I can't proceed without completing country field so what can I do plz give me solution. my problem is shown via attachment.

Switch to any other standard Joomla template like Protostar, Beez3 etc and check again.
