Title: 500 Internal Server Error while photo upload

Hello.

When I'm trying to upload a new image with a size more than 150KB to a product 500 Internel Error arises. Joomla 3.4.1+VM3.0.9. VPS at Debian 7, Apache+NGINX.
Any ideas what should I check?

the server logs -- in my experience it is normally the thumb resize running out of memory - but normally on much larger images

Thank you. The error was connected with absense of cache folder at hosting.
