Every time I click on link in the Categories Module on my homepage the category page opens but it is stays on the home pages open up where the module was. However if i use the top menu and go to the same category it opens perfectly on its own page.
I only started to happen after I had to turned off SEO friendly because the same issues was occurring when I wanted to check out ie redirecting back to the homepage then displaying the the checkout page there.
I have included screenshots of the issues.
