I have searched this issue throughout the forum and although there have been some issue with the State/Province drop down I didn't really see any resolution.

My site is on Joomla 3.4.1 and VM 3.0.8

My cart currently has CDN and US customers with CDN being the default and when trying to complete the check out after selecting Country the State/Province drop down will not display. I thought this might be a template issue but I have tried it on every template I have and I have no clue how to fix this?

Usually a JavaScript problem, if not from a template then it could be from a 3rd party plugin, such as image gallery pro.
