Hello,

If Terms Of Service are unchecked checkuot is not possible. However when user click on Checkout button there is no pop-up message like "Please check Terms of Service". Page is just reloading and nothing happens. Any ideas why it is working like this?

Also when TOS is checked by default (Default value = 1) in cart is checked too but checkout is not possible - it looks like checked but not validated. Uncheck and check again does not help. Page is not reloading and checkout is not possible. BUG?

1. Correct error notice shows on default template for me. Are you using overrides or third party OPC?

2. TOS is different now. If you make Agreed & tos fields not required rather than attempt to autofill then all works fine.

Why all messages (such like Item added to cart, etc) are in pop-up but not accepted TOS not?
