isn't it the menu alias of the menu you have pointing to option=com_virtuemart?
The menu i have pointing to virtuemart it says "catalogo" but when i go to each category i get the "online-store" directory

you must have a menu somewhere with an alias online-store.. have just searched the com_virtuemart.3.0.6.4_extract_first.zip
that string does not exist.. was this a quickstart install? Do a DB search for the string
I just found it!
I had to go trough all the menu items, even in menus i was sure they're weren't being used
But it worked!

check EVERY menu for this alias... when u find it, change it
Mine was listed in "System Menu" but try searching all the available menus until you find it!
