HI
I updated my store to VM 3.0.2.
When I tried the checkout process I had some problem:
1. The buttons update and delete next to the amount didn't link properly. Both brought me to the form where I had to type in the address.
2. When I click the Accept terms of service and proceed with the checkout it doesn't move on in the checkout process but instead refreshes the page and shows the attention field on top with the message: please accept the terms of service.

Does anyone know that problem?

without a live link very hard to say..

Have you tried with the std. Protostar template?

Is the Yoo Theme VM3 compatible if it is using VM over rides?

BTW VM3.0.3 has been out at least a week with a lot of bug fixes -> http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/891/com_virtuemart.3.0.3_extract_first.zip
