I'm searching for a good & nice template ready for VM 3.0.2

So what do you mean by "good & nice". The template should be built (or selected if buying one from a third party) to match the site purpose & proposed content. VM3.0.2 works well with just about any J2.5 or J3 template and can easily be styled to suit whichever template you choose.
