Does VM 3 support customers canceling a confirmed by shopper order?
How about "Editing" a confirmed by shopper order?

Any shopping portal I use online allows me to:
1- Cancel my order
2- Edit/Update my order before it ships or is confirmed

Is that part of Virtuemart?

VM allows order cancellation

And you can edit an order in admin
