Hi !
I get this error message from my site, and I am also having issues getting virtue mart to be displayed on my site (www.countryfisher.se)
I can't figure out where and how to assign the component virtue mart to a menu object. It works like it should on one of my other sites (www.countryfisher.dk), and I've compared the setup of the two and they seem to be identical.

Any tips anyone ??

PS! I searched for the string "Tilldela komponenten VirtueMart till ett menyobjekt" and found about a dozen other sites with the same error message displaying, so I doubt that I'm the only one with this issue.

Joomla version 2.5.9 and Virtue mart 2.0.26d on both sites.

You should update Joomla! See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

Make Joomla main menu link to "Menu Item Type" VirtueMart Front page is all you should need to do.
