Question: How can I add a product image to multiple products?
Would be great because I have lots of product in different size, but product image can be same.
I also use csvi but thats not an option in this case.

Hi,
Are only sizes different for each product? If so you can use attributes.
If there is a bit more complexity then you can also use Parent/child relationship thus using single image of Parent for different child products.
For other data except images, you can use various products available for upload via csv.
