As far as I know only publicly accessible SVN method could keep you informed about changes in VM core.

Thanks :) ...with the new version of VirtueMart, I look for the changelog to document the changes

When I post for the Hispanic community I informed of changes that led to the new version and analyze the causes.

I too would prefer detailed accurate change logs. I think rocking horse manure might be easier to find

Can you post the link to the full list of changes from last release to this 2.0.24 if you have one

Including Template modifications.
