I've searched the internet and the forum far and wide to find an answer to this and there are a lot of unanswered threads and I couldn't find a solution.
Bascially I've set up a payment method with a 3% transaction fee, however it is calculating the fee as 3% of the subtotal excluding shipping. How would I get the transaction fee to be calculated including the shipping cost?
e.g. the 3% would be calculated from the cart total not just the subtotal.
I figure I'd have to change the calculation rules somewhere, bit of a novice at php but I'll have a go if someone can point me in the right direction... I'll make sure I post the solution back here for everyone else.

Still searching for this, does anybody know where the transaction fee rules are calculated so I can get it to include shipping cost too?
