I have a father product with two childs using Custom Stockable Custom Field Plugin (on sale are only the childs, more exactely the product father is a golf club just to have the model then I sell the graphite shaft version and the steel shaft version that are the two childs) and they have different prices and different discounts, how can I set the prices in virtuemart? I tried various solutions but without success. If I set the price for the childs but not for the father I don't have a price on the site; if I set a price for the father same as the child with the lower price the only discount amount accepted is the one in the father product and I can not select a different discount for the second child... I'm getting crazy... there is someone that can help me? Thank you.

Your VM version and some screen shots will help to see more clearly what is the problem.
Sure Maxim you are right. My Joomla version is the 2.5.13 and VM version is 2.0.22a.
Enclosed you have two screenshots, the first is the steel (acciaio) version and is correct (first child). The second is the second child, the graphite version but, even if I set the graphite price in order to have 290 Euro discount he appears with 300 Euro discount as for the steel (acciaio) version. I surely missed something but I don't understand what I missed.

Did you test this issue on some standard Joomla template (Beez5)?
Also it will be nice if you post here screen shots of backend setup for this problematic products.
If I switch to Beez5 the behaviour of the stockable plugin don't allow me to chhjose from the different shafts so I can not check. Enclosed are the price setting for the father and the two childs, steel (acciaio) and graphite.

No ideas? no way to have a child product with a discount different from the parent product using VM - Custom, stockable variants plugin, I think this could be a bug of VM.
