I changed the thumbnail size from the default of 90x90 and checked the option for dynamic resizing however none of the thumbnails have been resized! What else do I need to do?
As I have not uploaded any product images yet, I am only interested in Category and Manufacturer thumbnails.

For products I delete the old 90x90 thumbnails and new ones are generated on the fly. I assume the same happens with cats - try it.
