no no is only a older picture. i updatet it normaly - step by step from the begin.

but i had a problem with users yesterdey. i deleted test-customer in virtuemart and whith this also me, the admin - and then i must fix it with this : http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_recover_your_admin_password%3F (http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_recover_your_admin_password%3F)
maybe there i make a big-shit...  - i fixed it and now i can normaly login in the shop and all functions are other funktions are ok and normally.

i have a backup from the shop but this is 3 weeks old and i have worked very intensive last 3 weeks. its any possiblities to only put in the right datas from old backuped sql in the new with phpmyadmin that shows how must show?  and which file i must export from the backup?
