Post by: tsvetipl on September 26, 2012, 11:12:00 AM
Hello,
I have a problem with my shopping cart with Virtue mart 2.010. When I add product to the shopping cart and I want access I get the error messege: <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=http://bebecomfort-co.itscomputerservices.co.uk/index.php/cart"><h1><a href=http://bebecomfort-co.itscomputerservices.co.uk/index.php/cart>VIEW TEMPORARY SITE</a></h1>

Any idea how to solve that problem.
Thanks in advance.

The problem is exist when the shopper is already in the shopping chart and try to finalize the purchase or add some information to the profile, edit delivery address.

Hello,
Have you configure your SSL? If there any SSL you have purchased?
In no the disable from the backend the option Enable SSL for sensitive areas (recommended). Go to Configuration -> Shop uncheck the option Enable SSL for sensitive areas (recommended) and test it again

Hello,

Are you sure for the SSL option that is not disabled? You have two site paths one: http://bebecomfort-co.itscomputerservices.co.uk/index.php/cart and one your actually site http://bebecomfort.co/

Can you also disable your templates override?

The problem is solved. One big thanks for your support. The problem was in SSL, the server didn't make the changes. But now is OK.
