Hi,

How do I configure custom fields to show an input box for my customers to put in some extra information when making their orders. All the Custom Field Type options show a radio button.

First choose plugin as field type, then select "VM - Custom, customer text input" in the dropdown (bottom of the page) that appears when you select the plugin.
