Title: no additional taxes message

After update from 2.0.8 to 11c in product selection in additional fields (where I can select product specification) I see text "no additional taxes" in each line of selection next to the my custom text. Why this happened and where to change this ?

Near the product options "1-12 Super thin Nėra papildomų mokesčių" - translated Nėra papildomų mokesčių means"no additional taxes", exact sentence in VM maybe is different.
