Print Page - "previous" and "next" button

Hello,

I am new to VM and I am using 2.0.6.
I am trying to find how to insert a "previous" and "next" button to the products.
I want to use this buttons when someone sees one product to easy go to the next one of the same category
Can anyone please help me?

forgot to mention that i am using joomla 1.5.26
