I'm selling a pre-paid service and have no need for shipping. How do we turn it completely off?
We are using 2.5.4 Joomla and Virtuemart version 2.0.6 "stable"

Hi,

You cannot turn off the shipment, but you can create one shipment method called "no shipment".
If the configuration parameter "automatic select shipment" is checked, then your customer does not need to choose the shipment.
