I am working with a client that delivers products to one Province in one Country and need help with customizing the checkout process. I would like the following changes:
disable the 'bill to' form (we're only using Paypal and only need the 'deliver to' address)
remove the 'change shipment' option
remove the 'change payment' option
change the text on the 'ship to' form to 'deliver to'
set a fixed value for the province/state/country
remove any references to logging in during the checkout process
remove the 'use for the shipto same as billto address' checkbox in the form
