When I click on the "Remove Virtuemart Data" under the Tools and Migration menu point the following error message is shown:

I am using Joomla 1.5.25 and VM 2.0.3.I (it was the same under the earlier versions as well like for example VM 2.0.3.E).

Why do yo uuse this command?
I am still struggling with the migration of my VM 1.1.9 webshop to 2.0.X and I am trying out your new releases in hope for that the migration tool will support the attributes part of VM 1.1.9. For that I have to empty the VM 2.0.X tables so I use that button of yours for that, then comes this error message (anyway it empty the tables).
Imho this is working partly, electrocity knows it better. Better in your case is to use
"Reset all tables
and do a fresh install "
