I have a major shipping issue - i installed VM2.0.2 a few days ago and when i try to set up a shipping method there is only one option - by weight, size, country. where can i get a plugin that allows me to calculate by the cost of order. and how do i install it? need help urgently. THANKS!

Besides Virtuemart did you also install the AIO zip file?
