Hi anyone know where the english.php file is? Im trying to change some of the wording in virtuemart but cannot find the file.

I have checked languages and the only english file is called 'jquery.validationEngine-en.js'

I only wish to change the wording in checkout. Thanks

In Joomla 2.5.1 the VM language files are in joomla_root/language/en-GB/

Use language override rather than edit the original file. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=92944.0

Thanks a lot, found it easier to just edit the file than use overrides :)

Then your edit will be overwritten by the next upgrade. We use overrides to avoid having to re-edit templates/views and language files.

I'm using VM2 but i'm unsure how to use language override? How is this achieved?
