How can I change the shipment letters of 'Discount/Fee'? Im looking to change it so its blank. Thanks

Talk about no one bothering to reply. Iv found out i need english.php file in languages folder, yet there is no english.php since version 2.

Anyone know where it is please?

I think you want to look in the languages directory

specifically
language/en-GB/en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini

but really you should look into a language override so in case you have to do an upgrade your changes won't be over written
