how i can show add to cart button in related products? Now just show me the product name, price and description. Any idea how to do this?

Pls my shopping cart does not display immediately you added a product, it only appears in the cart when you refresh or navigate to another page. how do I make it appear in the cart immediately it is added
another question pls, how do I make use of the image gallery in the product section, I can only use the description but cannot add multiple product images using the image gallery
