Hello as you can see in attachment, there are two problems when administrator receive a confirmation email for an order made:

First: Bill to informations and ship to are not shown... but only Email and email address... a GREAT problem!!

second: customfields are not show correctly, but is given an error.

And there is another problem: when i see an order (by clicking on email link), i see the order correctly but at top i see a a warning triangle and a 500 error message, what can i do to solve this?

Same here too, all order details are removed from user data - item details all fine but Bill To: shows only the word 'Email' and Ship to address shows the customers email address.

Also probably linked to the same problem - order view in the backend no longer contains any data also.

Hmmm, I see the data in BE and FE, but not the BT in the mail, but the ST in mail.
