I have this errour when try to update

Info: compareUpdateTable not finished, please rise execution time and update tables again

What need to do for fix?

Just do what stands there,
rise execution time and do the upgrade again. You can also use the tools http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Tools

dominiosclave, Milbo is referring to increasing the max_execution_time setting in your server php.ini (in the Resource Limits block)

I have this

Installed version 1.9.8m
Latest version 2.0.0RC3
Latest release date 2011-12-16

when i click update to latest version i got this

VirtueMart2 modules moved to the joomla modules folder
VirtueMart2 language moved to the joomla language FE folder
VirtueMart2 language moved to the joomla language BE folder
Installing Virtuemart Plugins and modules Success.

You may directly uninstall this component. Your plugins will remain

Ignore the message Error building Admin Menus

and installed version is still 1.9.8M
why ?

Because you updated the AIO and not the core?
