when click add new payment method i have this error.

0 - An error has occurred.
Table creditcards not supported. File not found.

As far as I know the 'creditcards' table and it's menu item has been removed in the RC1.9.8m version, which is currently is the latest one. When you want to accept credit cards, at present the only available option is PayPal. Others probably will follow soon.
