Print Page - Where is the UPS module

I have installed version 1.1.3 of virtue mart. But I cannot seem to configure a UPS interface. From what I find in the documentation and this forum, I need a UPS module. But I can not find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
