Title: 20001 General process failure

I have a problem with ups shipping.
When I send request:

I take a respons : 20001 General process failure
Can someone halp me?

I don't have an answer to your problem but I highly advise you to edit your post and remove your XML access key, username, and password.  Then log in to UPS and change your password.  You've exposed it for all to see.
