The Payment Method List should say PAYPAL PRO instead of PAYPAL....because Paypal standard doesn't work period...
So you have to pay for Paypal Pro or Authorize.net and get a real account....
I have tried everything in this forum to get VM 1.1 to work with my paypal account and nothing is sent to Paypal during checkout.
