Title: [FIXED] Disable Shipping method selection stays checked

I am using 1.1.0RC2. I checked the box in shipping (Admin/configuration) "Dsable Shipping method selection" saved it, verified in shipping, but now, I cannot get it to stay unchecked.

I uncheck it, select another shipping method, and save it, when I go back, the Disable Shipping method selection is checked again. Please help.

I am not sure if it is a bug.

I ran the SVN manual update, made the file changes, ran the SQL query to update the db, but when I login, the thing still is disables. On the left it still shows RC2 and per the instructions, when I go to http://www.xxxxxx.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_virtuemart I get no message about the update complete.
