When legacy is off it's not possible to pay with Paypal. Instead of beeing redirected to the Paypal site I will be redirected to the thank you page and get the following error:

I personally have never had a problem with PayPal notification with any version of VM.
My bad.. I was reading so many posts, I missed the forum title. I will delete my previous post to limit confusion.
