I offer online remote support. I'd like to incorporate an hourly billing method. VirtueMart fits the needs of the rest of my site, I'm just wondering if there's a way to incorporate hourly billing.
A user would send a request for remote support. Once approved, they would need to enter credit card information and accept the fees. The remote support system offers time tracking, log ins, and user authentication. I'd like to bridge them and have a user billed for the hours. I can tie in the DBs. I'm just wondering if there's any hourly billing system in place that I can customize or get started with.
Not sure about integrating hourly billing system but why don't you sell hourly blocks of support - 1 hour costs X, 5 hours costs Y - with Y being slightly cheaper. Just an idea!
