Title: [FIXED] In backend double sidebar menu when shipping is canceled

In both Joomla 1.0.13 and Joomla 1.5 r9297
Virtuemart 1.1 r1029 extended layout view.

In backend when shipping module is canceled double sidebar menu is shown. (see image)
