Title: Charge for extra Kg 2 euros under the 5 Kg ??

I want to charge after 5 kg for extra Kg 2 euros is any easy way to do it?

Or I have to put many many
5.001 - 6.000 5 Euros
6.001- 7.000 7 euros
7.001- 8.000 9 euros
8.001-...................

???
