I know nothing about building Joomla, VirtueMart or a web site. I have a problem. My web pages are not loading up. When you click on a listing, a light blue circle comes up that keeps going round and round. The page doesn't load up. It seems to be an error with javascript with the Virtuemart extension. It seems that jQuery is not loaded before the chosen library. I have the VirtueMart 4.2.12 11014. It is hosted by godaddy. I didn't create the site. Someone else did. TCPDF 6.2.26 by Nicola Asuni. Joomla Installer by the VirtueMart Team and updated for php8.2. I don't know how to fix this. Can someone help me please?
Go to VirtueMart Configuration and turn off the following options under the templates tab.
- Use jQuery chosen for dropdowns in FE
- Use ajax for product content
- Use ajax for category content.
