Print Page - Cannot edit States

PHP version: 8.1.17
Server version: 10.4.28-MariaDB

Joomla 5.1.4
VM 4.2.18 11050

When i click to any country 's state to edit it, i get error "Country id is 0".

I fear, I cannot reproduce this problem.
