Few weeks ago we've sent a message via contact form (https://virtuemart.net/contact-the-team) and sent a request to join 3rd party extension (https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?board=135.0) category, but still no response.
Please do not consider this question as an impudence - we respect authors' time, but since the site infrastructure was updated, I just want to be sure the message was delivered to addressee and wasn't disappeared due to DKIM or any other possible problems.
If all is ok, then we'll wait as soon as it's needed to the team to reply.

Finally I found the problem.
The contact filter of my email programm did not his work and so the email was among the unsorted ones. So I just did not see it. Thank you, fixed now.
