I still need to update to VM4, which I will do soon. The problem is that all used extensions needs to be compatible. Some are compatible with VM 4.0.8 and some with 4.0.12. But VM 4.0.20 is already out there. To get the latest version, you need to pay nowaydays. I have no problem with paying, but I the extensions I use are not compatible with latest, it has no point to pay for the latest version.
Is there change log published somewhere, where I can see the changes? Maybe it is still worthy to update to the latest version, maybe the used extension will still work.
Read the release news (https://virtuemart.net/news/512-bugfix-release-4-0-20-compatible-joomla-4-3-and-php8-2-mysql8) to get an overview of changes and revision history for all code changes https://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/repository/revisions.
Thank you for the urls. I found those. In the backend of VM I can find these links as well. But these are not really change log. Yes, it descripes new functionality, but it is not a real changelog (for a developper).
Quotebut it is not a real changelog (for a developper).
I don't see anytime changelog (etc 12 years back)
I use list of changes in activity:

True. But how do I know what activity or revision is in what version?
For the paid membership to get the latest 4.0.20, I like to signup if it is interesting, but what they tell me on https://virtuemart.net/news/512-bugfix-release-4-0-20-compatible-joomla-4-3-and-php8-2-mysql8 is quite limited.
