Title: full_catname_tree doesn't work in VM 4.0.14

Hello

By default VM shows categories like this
cat1
- subcat1
- subcat2

When full_catname_tree is enabled, it should show
cat1
cat1 | subcat1
cat1 | subcat2

It does work in VM3 but in VM 4.0.14 it shows
cat1
subcat1
subcat2

It's the same in 4.0.22
