When a customer pays using the Paypal plugin, everything works, order and payment are successful.

The issue:

The issue is that the IPN notification does not work correctly. Paypal attempts to notify my site but gets an error 500 (See attached photo)

This also creates a new order status and emails the customer and vendor every time. (See attached photo)

The plugin is set to Authorization and Capture mode <--- Could this cause this issue?
