Title: Unable to disable "Terms of Service" checkbox from checkout

Using VirtueMart 4.0.12 10777

I have already set the "Must agree to tos on every order" checkbox to No in the configuration. Yet, I see this field in the cart view and it won't let the order proceed without the user checking it. (See attached image.)

What else do I need to do to get rid of this box completely?

Will sincerely appreciate any pointers.

Disable the "tos" field in the VirtueMart Shopper Fields section.
