Hi Virtuemart funs!

I have a problem with the registered users since the last update.
I use VirtueMart 4.0.6 10690 and jooma 3.10.11
I have a website in Greek. Since I updated the users´s names do not appear properly.
in example
Γεώργιο&sig insted of Γεώργιος

I noticed that happens with the last character usually and with the new users. Not the old ones.

Any ideas?

I have almost the same problem with the topic starter (first/last name but also to the address).
