Title: how do i disable "billing details" for customers who chose cash? (vm_standard)

i only need their shopper details, it'll be local delivery
[edit] can i reroute shopper list to an external plugin to handle?
[edit2] alternatively, i'd like to have the shopper form on the checkout page itself (again without billing info)

Cash on delivery using the Standard VM Payment plugin?  As on http://demo.virtuemart.net

So we need different "required" field per paymentmethod.
