Title: Free shipping limit with coupon

There is a shipping method where the 'Minimum Amount for Free Shipment' is set to €100
The cart value is €105, the shipping fee is zero. I add a €10 coupon, the total is €95, there should be a shipping fee, but it's still zero.
Did I miss something?

I haven't looked at the code yet, but it seems logical that the free shipping feature in the shipping plugin counts the price before using the coupon

This is a way sure, but it's also logical to bind the free shipping limit to the final amount. At least 2 vendors asked me for this
