Hi there, I am currently experiencing problems with checking out on my website. On laptop it is absolutely fine, but on a mobile device, it will not redirect to the payment gateways Stripe and PayPal. Is there anyone that can help please?

Yes and No
I use the JoomlaPro VirtueMart One Page Checkout that came with the template. I have contacted them to see if they will help, and just waiting on a reply. The template developer won't help, because it's a plugin :(
But, it also seems to do exactly the same just using the Virtuemart checkout.
Are you using JCH Optimize or any other similar plugin on your site? If yes, disable the same and try again.
I've disabled every plugin I can think of that may cause an issue. It's also happening in Chrome now, but firefox is fine.
The checkout simply wont redirect to PayPal or Stripe, the orders themselves are logged into VM, just not paid for
That can only happen if your site generates some Javascript errors. Check your browser's console for errors.

There are no errors reported in chrome, and it works fine in firefox, which is why I'm having such a hard time tracking the fault as there is no way I can see any errors, could it be anything to do with PayPal and Stripe themselves?
Perhaps add standard payment(hide it using a shopper group) and do a Checkout, to see if the problem is the payment itself or your website
